At Premier Plants of Ledsham, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our policy below:
General Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges on products (excluding Gift Vouchers) returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original 'as-sold' condition, complete with the original label and receipt.
If your item has already been delivered, and you wish to return it, please note that a collection fee will apply unless the item is faulty.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt and the original product label are required to process any refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. If paid by credit or debit card, the same card must be presented.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges, with or without a receipt, at our sole discretion.
